Phil Healy stared Distinct Solutions Limited in June 2003 after 10 years of working for other production companies and AV Suppliers. Phil has over 33 years of events experience running worldwide events for thousands of people for audiences of 50 - 5,000.
HIs hobbies are playing the drums and keyboards, cooking Indian food and the One and Only Fulham Football Club.

Michelle Healy is Company Director and has a degree in Marketing and Media. She joined the Distinct Solutions team in the Summer of 2004 when the company grew and needed the extra lift to help the company grow. Michelle manages the people logistics for all events, Hotels and Venues, flights, travel and everything to support the delegate experience.
Michelle loves Music, Singing and her Children.

Dan is a recognised face of the team with our clients. He is calm and controlled and rarely gets phased by some of the bizarre requests that we sometimes receive from our clients.
He has a passion for AV and specialises on lighting and sound but can turn his hand to pretty much anything.
Dan is a big fan of heavy rock music and playing the electric guitar.

Jamie has been the accounts pillar of Distinct Solutions since 2018 when he joined the team. Jamie is our clients point of contact with anything accounts related.
Jamie is a passionate charity fundraiser and is often seen running the roads of Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire on one of many Marathons and Half Marathons.

Sam is one of the newer members of the team and his years of working in event catering has made him a brilliant face to face support for our clients. Sam often manages the front of house teams on our exhibition and trade show stands
